The film sets to show the process behind the making of the olive oil, from harvest to bottling.Its goal is to emphasise the link that exists between the land, the olives, the people and the finished product.
Closely following the different stages of production, Vasilis puts the accent on the people, their feelings and their work.
The documentary's realist and honest portrayal of the work that goes behind the production of the oil takes us on a journey in southern Greece, the birthplace of an ingredient used in the world's greatest restaurants.
